For the Northwest Legacy Portfolio marketing initiative, I led an end-to-end campaign to position an institutional-grade commercial offering with clarity, polish, and strategic impact. This project required a cohesive blend of storytelling, design, asset creation, and cross-channel execution to drive awareness among targeted investors and brokers.


Developed the Offering Memorandum

I took primary ownership of the marketing book — the centerpiece of the offering memorandum — synthesizing property data, financials, value proposition, and narrative into a compelling, investor-ready document. I ensured that complex information was presented clearly and persuasively, reinforcing the portfolio’s strengths and investment thesis.


Coordinated Property Photography

I managed the entire photography process from start to finish, including vendor selection, scheduling, and on-site coordination. By providing creative direction and shot lists tailored to our target audience’s expectations, I secured high-impact visuals that elevated the property presentation across all materials.


Designed Multi-Channel Collateral

With a strategic eye for visual storytelling, I designed key deliverables supporting the campaign:
