For the Everett Street Apartments marketing initiative, I led a comprehensive campaign to position this renovated 19‑unit multifamily asset as an attractive investment opportunity in Northwest Portland. The project involved clear narrative development, premium visual asset creation, and multi‑channel execution to effectively reach real estate investors and brokers in a competitive marketplace.


Developed the Offering Memorandum

I took primary responsibility for producing the offering memorandum, synthesizing detailed unit‑level specifications, financial assumptions, amenities, and market context into a polished, investor‑ready document. The OM showcased the property’s updated interiors, modern finishes, and strong walkability in the Northwest Portland neighborhood, helping to articulate both the core cash flow and potential value proposition to prospective buyers.


Directed Property Photography and Visual Content

I managed the end‑to‑end photography and visual asset strategy — selecting vendors, scheduling shoots, and providing creative direction to capture both unit features (e.g., hardwood floors, modern kitchens) and lifestyle‑oriented neighborhood cues. These visuals were integrated throughout the offering memorandum and marketing collateral to elevate the asset’s presentation.


Designed Multi-Channel Marketing Assets

With an eye for audience impact, I developed a suite of marketing materials to support the campaign:

  • Full‑color printed brochures with unit floor plans and neighborhood highlights
  • Email templates and outreach sequences optimized for investor engagement
