For the Cambridge‑Trinity and Trinity Plaza marketing initiative, I led a full-scale campaign to position this historic multifamily portfolio as a premier investment opportunity in Portland. Developed the Offering Memorandum

I took lead ownership of the offering memorandum, transforming complex operational data, unit-level financials, and market insights into a persuasive, investor-ready document. The OM highlighted the portfolio’s value-add potential, historical charm, and strong Portland location, ensuring that investors could quickly grasp both the opportunity and upside.


Managed Property Photography & Visual Content

I oversaw all aspects of property photography, from vendor selection to on-site direction. By providing creative guidance and curated shot lists that highlighted both historic features and modern updates, I secured high-quality visuals that elevated the presentation across all marketing materials. These assets helped investors visualize the portfolio’s appeal and reinforced the investment narrative.
